Separated rendering from transaction logic

The interactive grid and the checkout engine were intentionally decoupled. The map handles display; the server handles reservation logic and financial validation. Neither can bring down the other.

Strict reservation controls

Once a coordinate is selected, it cannot be sold twice, regardless of concurrent traffic. Abandoned checkouts release automatically with no manual oversight.
